That's because Windy is easy to learn when you take the time. Shi might get annoyed if done too commonly, but the thought of having something beneath her and the advantage shi would have over them (literally) may just be more for hir benefit than actually perceived. Like a punishment that could be a pleasure or a pain, depending on the individual.
