So which is it, Parkour or Free Running?
Free Running is Parkour but Parkour is not Free Running.

Parkour is the base for Free Running, Free Running adds onto Parkour with flips and showy things like cork screws
which there is nothing wrong with but they are technically different according to David Belle and groups like APK and Evolution.

Free Running also seems to be headed to a sport scenario where as Parkour is not a sport, it's an art and discipline,
David Belle said he considers parkour to be more of a martial art rather than a sport, he should know, he invented it!

Just sharing some neat facts and misconceptions about it for purely educational value.

Free Running it is!

I'm working on loosing weight to start on Parkour and eventually merge into free running, so I have spent the last 2 months extensively researching on it, it's quite interesting ^.^
