Yeah the torso seems twisted in a bit of a bad way, the pose looks rather bad. The mouth is but-off by the edge of the face and just makes it look pasted on. And the hands and feet are a bit too small compared tot he rest of the body, it's a general perspective nightmare XD
I like the hat though.
