Decided to make a reference guide to my boy Amru and for anyone wanting to make a Dovahkiin OC. xD He's pretty easy to draw (to me but i created him so i can't talk xDDD). He wears normal shorts that go just below his knee (think swim trunks; not boxers xP). Along the right side of him i have drawings that i will explain below. This is the DEFINITE guide to look at when drawing him (and Dovahkiin OCs in general)! :D
1.This is a close up of his facial markings. All Dovah have them and this is what Amru's looks like when it's not covered by his hair. Note that all Dovah will have different markings.
2. A closer look at his arm scales. They are mainly for fighting and for swimming. All Dovah can breathe underwater.
3. Close up of the inner part of his hands and the bottom of his feet. He has no pads or anything. Just his normal skin tone. All Dovah share this trait as well.
4. His hair without his face. xD To give some advice on drawing it, think Sonic. It spikes up top and follows down his back like Sonic's spikes. (I know my Sonic's hideous; it was just for the example xD). Also his hair ends around his Mid-Waist area. Hair is different amongst Dovah; from short to long and any color.
If anyone wanted reference art of my other OCs just let me know. I'd be happy to make some! :D
