"Lumitherion" is my new music project, which to best describe it, acoustical gothic rock. I designed this in a few hours today.
Lumitherion is a combination of the words "Lumen" and Therian (or also Therion after the star constellation). Lumen obviously referring to the Moon or its light, and Therian relating to Therianthropy, or "Therion" the constellation, which in literal translation is "wild beast" or "wolf".
My album, problably going to be entitled "Songs of Antimony", will be using my Takamine 12-string AcoutsicElectric, my Les Paul Epiphone Electric, a Drum machine, and some computer programs, most likely Amplitube.
I will be blending the styles of Fields of the Nephilim, SIsters of Mercy, and The Mission, to a more spiritual, experimental level that relates more to Paganism, Occultism, Shamanism, and Indigenous thought.
