Commission for supercookiemonster on DA (again, don't remeber how much they paid me)

They requested me to draw a dragon, any dragon ... didn't give any specifics. Later on, I asked again for some specs to make things a little easier for me, and they pointed out they wanted something based off any black/blue or green dragon ... so I came up this baby XDDD;

Coincidence that their commission was a dragon and this year is the year of the dragon??? Probably XDDD; Not sure if they knew, but definitely a coincidence XP

I actually kinda like how this came out, so after a few tigs and snugs, I'm going to make this into an OC of mine
