Remember Cottonwood Cove from Fallout: New Vegas? Well I went to see the real life counterpart in Nevada. To the right there's a marina with plenty of boats but it was closed up for the winter. To the left and across the Mojave River is a whole lotta death claws. :d
There are a lot of similarities to the game but mostly in geography considering it's a national park area. That hill with the sniper nest on it where you find the Gobi campaign rifle? It's there.
