The only part about this that took a while was the water. ;_; I tried a splash effect of my own, but got frustrated with it!
So I cheated and used a brush. xD;

I have to say... I LOVE this picture. @_@ The pose and the anatomy is so fun to look at. :'D Your attention to detail really has gotten better, too! I LOVE how the horns came out... and I also love how you draw tails... any tails! I can tell they have a lot of strong muscles in them and that they are strong.
