I'm not happy with this page. i finished it yesterday and its the first page i've done where i'm really not happy with the words. Something's wrong with them. I dont mind the pictures being shabby but the words need to be perfect and up until this point i felt I had acheived that, but this page feels clunky and unnatural and that irks me. I've thought about it since I finished it yesterday and tried rewording things and it just doesnt work so im gonna leave it in its current form and certainly come back to this page when I do the rewrite.

You mean the non-existant backgrounds. Yeah I should really stop being lazy on that front. i'm never gonna get better if I dont start focusing on my weaknesses and backgrounds are by far one of the biggest ones for me. i'd certainly be interested in readinga comic about your various characters, you're a good writer and pretty intelligent and witty so i'm sure a comic you make would be an awesome success

I like the dialogue here. My only major complaint is the lower left panel. Something seems off about Gem in it, but I can't quite put my finger on what it is that bothers me about it
