All but sobbing was heard. Explotions has ceased, as had the constant gunfire, the angered war cries, there was nothing left. The white wolf dropped down to his knees and spat out the blood that was coming up from the wound on his left lung. Slowly he opened his no longer innocent blue eyes, to peer at his reflection, all he saw was a deserter looking back at him, a coward, a good for nothing man that could no longer call himself a soldier. Indigo could not bare to look at himself any longer, one doomed to die had thrown his own comrades in the way of the gunfire, he had thrown his gun, and left the others. What now? Alone in a foriegn place, in the middle of a swealtering jungle, without supplies or a means to defend himself. With a few sudden pained gasps, his eyes narrowed, a curve of his lips and a grit of his teeth, dragging his white hide to his pained feet. If he was to die here, he would not let it happen quickly. Before he would loose the cover of the brush, he'd loose his mind..

This is an insanely old contest picture Mystik-wolf91 drew for a contest I held back in mid 2009. Being my character, I figured I'd upload him here.


Orignally, Indigo was my soldier character, and his brother was another white wolf named felix. Of german and italian blood, though living in america for quite a while. Felix thinks little of his brother Indigo, as indigo was cowardly, deserting the army, where felix was highly ranked. The two do not get along.
