Well, almost. When it comes to shrinking, becoming thinner, or smaller than his normal size, he can only hold for a few seconds before popping back into regular shape! Must be the fatness. It's a big problem when it comes to stealth.
But, other than that, he has no problem shape-shifting into or becoming bigger than his normal size.

(P.S. I'm never making backgrounds or inking in Corel Painter Essentials evar again! Bloated software, eats up your computer's RAM! And I dislike making backgrounds, but if there is at least of an attempt for there to be one, it can make a picture stand out.)
