Okay so this is a representation of me and my security blanket. I'll give you a recap.

Ever since I can remember, I've had this blanket. When I was about 11 or 12, I cannot remember, my father took it away. I used to suck my middle and ring finger, yeah I was odd and didn't suck my thumb heehee; well he did that to stop me from doing that. He thought that my blanket meant nothing to me, but it does.

Last year, during the summer, I got it back. I was so excited, so happy, there are no words to describe the joy that I was feeling at the moment of seeing my blanket in an package and seeing it once again.

The entire day I was crying, no actually I was sobbing. I couldn't hold my emotions in whatsoever, they all poured out of me in that one single day. Joy, happiness, fear, anger, envy, everything. I mean I had missed 3-4 years without the one thing that had been with me through it all.

My blanket means the world to me, I don't care if you guys make fun of me, because it's the truth. My blanket has been my best friend, and I'm lucky. To tell you the truth, my blanket has a gender and a name, lame as it may seem it's true. It's a male and his name is Blankie. Lame and all, blame me for being a kid and giving him the name.
