Anyway, this is a holiday gift to my wonderful and talented sister
C-Bevan-Art
She asked for a rhino sculpture. I think she thought I would do a simple, pudgy rhino. Instead I experimented with a tinfoil/wire armature and... voila! Pudgy realistic rhino! <3
I amazed myself with it, really. I still see some things about it that I don't like, but I think I feel that way about everything I make.
Tinfoil and wire armature base, sculpted with polymer clay, painted with acrylic paint, sealed with a polymer clay sealer. Dimensions on the picture. He's heavy too because my armature was inadequate so I had to bulk him up a lot with sculpey. o.O
Interested in a sculpture of your own? Then commission one from me. You can see all the sculpture work I've done here >>> http://amberbevan.artworkfolio.com/gallery/602395
