So... a dear friend of mine received a very unique gift from me this Christmas. Instead of just drawing an image like I do on occasion, I actually created a small flash animation using the image you see here. I've only barely used flash maybe once in my life before this and it was nearly a decade ago. Another mutual friend of our's helped me a ton with this dilemma.

The image itself is actually based off of a fantasy universe I created entirely for her. The image, flash, and story are all part of one big Christmas gift that I'm writing and sending to her in pieces as they're completed.

Sadly, because it's been a hectic season, I've been pretty busy and have only completed a "pilot"-like opening along with this image as well as some concept pieces. However, the rest will be written and sent to her, and I sincerely hope she enjoys it.

Maybe when it's finished I'll put it up here. :)
