See, it is nice to have detailed characters and intricate harnesses.. but without a proper background, it sometimes doesn't look so good. This scenery is perfect though!

This Crude character is fun to look at! I don't quite get the arm cuff thing though. It would inhibit Crude from keeping his balance I'd think--he couldn't steady or right himself if shoved.

Actually, you are right.
I added that because I wanted to bind his wrists.

His species normaly have wings so no problem about the harness but he lost wings, so maybe he must have practiced to run well a lot.

Anyway, thank you for the telling me about that.
It helps me to imagine difficult things.

Personally I find the wrist-binding thing to be quite cute, and actually functional at the same time as it means that even if the Windea were to run away, it couldn't do anything by itself except run back to its owner or civilization to get the wrist things off so it could move its hands again. Also, it makes for good formal gear while being ridden :3

Yeah. It is problem if the wild windea helps them but yeah, they seldom do it and windeas seldom successfuly run away.
