Thanks to the lost one for the picture and concept. Meet Gaby's new baby brother! :D

You probably would like to know how this all happened....

On a normal day, our favorite Chimchar girl, Gaby Charon, was taking her large pet Arcanine, Rex for a walk. That was until she tripped over something and dropped the leash unfortunately leading to Rex to getting away. After a while he ended up wandering into an orphanage and after exploring a while he meets a small Smeargle toddler that was all alone looking up at him, terrified. Rex gave him a lick which cheered the little guy right up. Soon the two were like best friends. The little Smeargle having the most fun he ever had playing with the big puppy. Finally Gaby found Rex there after being tipped off by the caretaker who saw the two but found the scene too cute to interrupt. See once this little guy was placed into the orphanage he was too shy or scared to make friends. When anyone got near him he would cry and hide. Obviously this got him overlooked by many potential parents. When Gaby approached the little guy it was the same story until Rex licked him and gave him a little nudge towards Gaby as if telling him that she won't hurt him. He at first was afraid of her but after a day of her playing with her, it was like she was his big sister. But sadly it was time for them to go. The sad little Smeargle cried as loud as he could and clinged to Rex not wanting to lose his new best friend. So Gaby did the only thing she could think of, she called her mother, Heather Charon, and told her the situation. Once the Cyndaquil womon arrived she took a look at the Smeargle and instantly loved him and she scooped him up and cooed and cuddled him. It didn't even take Rex's encouragement to have him like her. In a few minutes of paperwork, Heather took him her new adopted son, Richard Charon, home.

So that's how it happened. Here's some notes about him.

- He is very shy and a easily scared, so it is not wise to randomly scoop him up or make any loud noises around him.

- He can never be found without Rex, Gaby, or Heather nearby or else he freaks out

- He usually freaks out when a stranger tries to pick him up or cuddle him or when he's alone. When he freaks out he cries really loud and fails, spreading that paint on his tail around making a huge mess on everything or everyone near him.

- He needs Gaby, Rex, or Heather's ok before he trust you enough to hold him.

-In the end he's a sweet kid once he begins to like you but warning: he does get clingy once he likes you and won't want to leave. Heather is working on that.

- Lastly for the love of god DON'T TICKLE HIM! If you choose not to heath this warning better have cat like reflexes to catch that tail unless you like light blue colored paint all over you. (Goku learned that the hard way. And is still trying to get it off)
