By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

Descriptions & References:

PLEASE make sure your descriptions are clear and easy to understand, otherwise I won't accept your commission! Reference images are great to have too, if you have any pictures of your character. Please make sure your reference images are also easy to verbally and visually understand.
Refrain from over complex and drawn out descriptions, I only need to know what your character looks like and their basic personality, along with the post/situation.


Edits/Changes:

Major edits can be made only in the sketch stage. Minor edits can be made at any stage (such as marking edits, or minor additions such as piercings).

Ownership/Copyright Rights:

Even though you have commissioned me for an image, I still own all the rights to the image it's self (meaning I can post this wherever I please for avertisement, make prints, etc) You do not own the rights unless I specify otherwise. This means you can NOT make a profit off the image (basically, you can't sell prints, shirts, digital copies etc etc.). However, you can purchase these rights from me for a price, this can be discussed.

Out of respect, I will NOT make prints or sell any merchandise using your commission without asking you first. Mind you, I do have the right to do so, but I wish to be respectful.

Edits made by YOU:

If there is something wrong or off about the image I've made for you (such as messed up or missing markings), please TELL me! I am willing to fix mistakes I have made on your character, as they are completely my fault. PLEASE ask me before making edits to the image I made for you. It's still MY work!

Re-posting:

You are free to repost your commission anywhere you like, as long as you give proper credit and link back to my gallery. I'd prefer you not post on image sites (such as e621, fchan, etc etc.) without asking first.

Payment:

I take PayPal, sometimes accept DA points. Other methods can be discussed. Payment after I make a sketch and you accept it.

I will NOT give out my instant messengers to people I don't know, and I will not use them for commission discussion/contact purposes (as this has been abused before).
