A lil story how he meets the gang~

~ The Newcomer ~

The sun was shining down on Lancastria as Arc was was walking through the shopping district. Almost one month has passed, since he was saved by Nico, a lynx who was working on becoming an air pirate. As Nico saw himself indebted to Nico, he asked how he could repay him for saving his life. The answer came quick and Arc was shocked at first and asked Nico to repeat that again. Nico wanted Arc to stay at his side and work together with him. He mentioned that he just HAD to help him in such a situation and that he was also attracted to the body of his. Arc who was not used to be treated like that blushed and agreed to stay here for now. Thats how these two met and started to work together.

After this first month, Nico got to know Arc much better, seeing that he had a gentle and nice character and cared for many things, especially for the wellbeeing of Nico, who saved him. That made Nico even more attracted to Arc, which he did not try to hide. Arc slowly started to get used to that, but it was still freaking him out sometimes, because of his rather shy personality, considering this topic.

In the first two weeks they worked together, doing more repair work on the house and the cavern under it, which housed the dock of the Zeitgeist. They prepared storage rooms and hidden vaults for valuables which they might (and hoped) to find on their jobs and treasure hunts. As Nico brought enough money with him, they got new furnitures for the house to make it worth living in it and also house new people whom they wanted to recruit in the near future. Little did they know, that they would meet someone in the near future, who would join the two of them.

After they finished the most things on the house and the cavern, they started to do little jobs around town. The jobs were easy ones, like doing little errand jobs, getting rid of „pests“ around town and stuff like that, but they were paid. And what mattered was the coin they earned.

On another day, they had to get up early for a job they accepted recently, Arc was slowly opening his eyes and tried to stretch his arms out, but could:t do so, as there was some kind of resistance right next to him. He turned his face to the other side and was suddenly face to face with Nico who gently smiled at him. Of course Arc was shocked to suddenly wake up to someone else, even if it was Nico, to make him jump in surprise and fall out of the bed, taking the sheets with him.

Arc hit his head on the wall and moaned, as he rubbed the back of his head, closing his eyes. Nico got out of bed, walking towards Arc, putting a hand on the others shoulder, asking him, if he was okay. The blue wolf opened his eyes, but shielded them right away, as he saw that Nico wasn't wearing anything and that he was looking directly at the others swinging boy parts. His face started to burn bright red and Nico sighed before taking the sheets away from Arc to cover his lower body with them.

Nico then saw that Arcs bulge was growing a bit and heplaced himself right next to him on the floor, clinging to the others arm. He explained sheepishly that he was lonely, so he sneaked into Arcs bed. He also told Arc that it seemed like he did not mind it all as his „friend“ down there was growing. Arc gasped and covered his growing bulge, looking shocked at Nico, who was just smiling and leaning against the other. The wolf breathed in and started to calm down, trying to get used to the situation.

Arc apologized to Nico for freaking like that, while the other just waved his hand, saying that it was his fault for sneaking in. The lynx then got closer to the still blushing wolf, who looked puzzled and then surprised, as Nico grabbed his head, pressing his lips gainst the others, kissing him hard. This time, Arc wasn't really shocked, but surprised, as Nico then explained, that this was the best method, to show him his true feelings. Nico then got up from the floor, smiling happily and also blushing himself, telling Arc to get up and ready, as there was work to be done.

The wolf looked up, shielding his eyes. He shook his head, as he was thinking back about this morning. He started to smirk a bit as bis cheeks gained some red again. He took a deep breath and went on, as there were some more things to buy. Arc was carrying a big bag over his shoulder for all the things he had to buy, which didn't bother him at all, as he was used to carry stuff much heavier than that. He checked his list what else he had to get whilst walking through the shopping district, watching his souroundings carefully without showing it to other people, as this could be a dangerous area from time to time, full of thieves and other garbage.

While he was on his way to get the last thing on the list, he noticed that the small cat who was following him earlier was still there, trying to hide his presence. Arc acted like he didn't notice him, wondering what the small guy was up to. So he bartered with the merchant who was selling the last things on the list, as the pink cat walked past him, grabbing his purse, slowly walking away before gaining some speed. Arc thought that the boy was actually pretty good, but it seemed he wasn't focused right now. Following the boy wasn't a big deal, as he didn't watch his back and just run towards the rather bad part of the district. The cat then dissapeared into the next back alley. Arc decided to take a little different route and followed him silently, soon hearing the pleading voice of the cat, Arc pressumed and also some squeaky noises of some animal. As he got closer he also heard the rough swearing and voices of a small group of men.

Arc sneaked closer and then saw the cat on the floor, pleading to a guy who was holding some animal in his hand, threating it with a knife. The guy kicked the pink cat away, who asked the get Aurum back, which was probably the pet, as he had done what they wanted and stole the purse of the guy whom they showed to him. The guy who was holding the pet, insulted the cat, telling him that the purse was worth shit and not enough to get his pet back, before throwing it against the pink cat. The boy, who was bruised all over, started to cry silently and tried begging again, to get his pet back. What he got was another kick, sending him to the ground. Arc was getting very pissed seeing this and decided to take care of this situation. He got out of hiding, and slowly walked towards the bunch of guys, who had their eyes just on the crying cat on the floor.

Gently smiling, but with eyes that showed how this scene annoyed him, he would approach the bunch, readying himself to throw them around, showing them how wrong their actions are. The guy holding the pet got startled, as a shadow was towering over him. He turned around, but was of course not quick enough to avoid beeing grabbed at the head and lifted into the air, that his feets couldn't touch the ground anymore. They guy was so surprised that he let go of the pet, which Arc catched with his free hand. He placed it on a crate next to him before turning his eyes on the guy he was holding up. Arc was telling him in a happy voice, not caring for thes swearing, that this was not the right way to treat other people and their pets, before throwing the guy over his shoulder, like a banana peel, where he would land on the floor with a loud plomp.

The small boy, who watched the scene was so shocked of what was going on all at onc,e that he passed out. The remaining two guys were not sure what to do, looking at each other, as if they were expecting each other could solve this situation. One of them then grabbed his saber and wanted to charge at Arc, but was sent flying by a swing of his fist, making him fly several metres through the air, like he was a pillow someone would throw around on a sleepover party. The last guy looked shocked and just turned around, running as fast as he could. Arc sighed, shaking his head annoyed. There was no need of following the escaping guy, as it was neccessary to take care of the cat and return home with the things he bought.

As Arc turned towards the boy, he saw the pet sitting next to the cat boy, nudging his side. The pet then called out to his owner and surprised Arc by using what seemed to be the cats name, Zeuste. The blue wolf sighed again, walking towards the unconsicious body and lifting him over his shoulder, much to the protests of the small animal which tried to reach out for his master. Arc grabbed it aswell and placed it on his other shoulder. After taking his bag, he would leave this place, knowing that someone would take care of the guys in one or another way. He would then proceed to go back home.

After entering the door, Arc would call out for Nico, that he was back from shopping. Nico was heard working in one of the other rooms before coming to the main hall, where he stared perplex at Arc, who was caring more things than he had told him to get. The wolf giggled a bit and tol Nico that there were some unforseen troubles that he had to take care of. Nico looked at the boy and saw the he was in a pretty bad shape and told Arc to bring him to the room opposite of his. Grabbing some bandagaes and other things to take care of the wounds, Nico went to the room and carefully treated the wounds and bruises while the pet was sitting close to the head of his owner.

Nico ten said that this was all he could do for now and that they should leave him resting like that till he wakes up. So both of them left the room as the sun was going down at the horizon. As they had dinner, Nico listened to Arc who told him what happened in town. The lynx nodded and rubbd his chin, telling Arc they would see what to do with the boy the next day. Maybe he could be helpful to them.

After seeing Arc yawn, Nico told him that they should also get some rest now and see what the next day would bring. Nico then would ask Arc in which room he wants to sleep, in his own or in Nicos, which caught him by surprise. He looked puzzled at Nico, as his face was getting red again, laying his ears down. Nico would put a finger under Arcs chin, telling him that he would wear pants extra for him, which made Arc blush even more. The wold would mumble something about going to Nicos room then. Nico just smiled and pulled Arc with him to his room. They would undress without any words and get into the large bed, where Nico would cling to the blushing Arc. After a good couple of minutes, both of them would fall asleep, not wasting anywords, just enjoying the closeness of ach other in one or another way.
