That's right, Kadon's true form is a robot! ((plus it was a cool concept~))

his plates for each of his forms are part of his ring, and when he uses one, instead of being a robot, he becomes said form and living flesh and blood~

He still is hyper, it's just that he can choose to have it be internal ((making a regular bulge)) or external ((hyper bulge))
