Thanks All I can say is "layers". And lots of it, I think I used over 100 layers just working on the car. XP Drawing the car was simple since it was just basic shapes. But making the car "pop out" was the hard part.

No tutorial yet. This was actually my first time doing this style. After I get used to it, I will probably do a tutorial. Until then its just practice.
