FINALLY I've come up with a design I feel comfortable with for my malesona :)

He embodies my more masculine side as well as some other things I have a tendancy to be: blunt, slightly aggressive and mouthy, brooding... All things that really don't fit my main sona at all. She was created to display a whole different set of emotions.

I've pretty much got everything solid... He just needs a name. (Suggestions?)

Some Important info:
• His ears are membranous, made from a leathery flap, like a bat wing. A small protrusion of cartilage frames it on the top, and it can be flattened against his head or flared.
• Two hard, bony plates line either side of his spine. They are flexible, but still tough, like bone.
• His tail and elbows have sharp barbs on them. These barbs can be sheathes, and are extended a few inches when he is angry or threatened.
• The red vein/stripe-like markings appear only when he is angry or stressed, and pulse slightly, as if blood is running through them. They only appear around his eyes and down the side of his face as well as on the 'outer' surface of his arm (the part of your arm that gets more tanned than the rest).
