Clearly the place to be when anything goes pear shaped (or superly deformed cutesy shaped in this case) is Dr. York's laboratory. Perhaps she ought to get an unlisted number (and address while she's at it) especially since she doesn't have answers to everyone's questions.
If I was into alternate subtitles on this series, I'd be sorely tempted to call this one "How the hell do George Perez, Phil Jimenez, and Alex Ross do it?" Or for that matter any given artist on Justice League, Justice Society, Legion of Super-Heroes, Avengers, X-Men, etc. I have 23 characters (24 if you count the sharkphibian's snout down by Silver's foot) and this took me forever to work out. The above mentioned artists have all worked on series with hundreds of characters (Crisis on Infinite Earths, Infinite Crisis, Kingdom Come, and Justice to name a few) and did entire comic series, and managed a regular release date for all of them while they were at it.

In part that's true but that company doesn't help the artist draw all of those characters. I've seen Alex Ross's and George Perez's pencil work. That's all them doing the drawing. If comic companies could help an artist out like that, then they'd be able to make Rob Liefeld look a lot better than his work has.
dang, now that is an incredibly complex and intricate image, but you did well on it. and I can't help but notice the small details: Tonguetwisters tongue out and about, DL giving an aside to Silverdragon while pointing her thumb at a certain seadragoness, the beauty is in the details:)
I have no idea how those comic artists do it either, and I wish I did. I'm going to try getting a better tablet, and see if that helps.
Personally, I think you did a great job! You're just doing this for shits and giggles, out of your house without lots of professional art equipment, and you still produce some serious awesomeness.
P.S. - I love the "aside" between Sun Wurm and Silver. I'm sure they'll find a way to - ah - weather this crisis.

I will admit that I don't have a dedicated space for working, just a clipboard and several tools. From what I have seen of the setup Alex Ross uses, it's an actual studio with a huge desk. I do have a desk but it's buried under and behind other things. As for the equipment, I have to keep that modest as I don't have the budget for anything expensive.
Thank you. I'm sure that aside is about "weathering" the crisis too. It might also be the focus of one of the little upcoming story point illustrations I have to work on before the couple that will be the end of this little story.
