The actual Thursday Prompts are taking a break, so for this 46th installment of Neighbors, I pulled my old Random House dictionary from the shelf, opened it to a random page, and stabbed my finger down.
The word I picked, however, was "Munsee: one of the two Algonquin languages of the Delaware peoples." Further down that same column, though, was "mural" which made me think of painting which made the phrase "painting the roses red" pop into my head. So I used that.
As always, previous chapters of our ongoing saga include the 45th and the 1st while the next chapter is the 47th.
