Finally finished my other big project I've been working on for several months! This is Yumigami, one of the Brush Gods from Okami. He was made for the awesome  Marybunnie!

I tried a lot of new things with her. I wanted to get more practice with dynamic poses, as well as creating props and other items to bring the sculpture to life more. I also painted the base to look similar to the surface of the moon, as the Japanese often depict a rabbit pounding mochi in the patterns of the moon.

Made from Super Sculpey polymer clay, painted with acrylics, and coated with a gloss glaze.
