I love how you captured this in mid-transformation so well. The growing changes on his body look wonderful, especially the budding wings. I like how they're manifesting at different rates. The spread of the scales over his skin is great too.

You know I've always liked these mid-way through transformations and this is not an exception, I know it's sometimes hard to make the character in question look like it is mid-way with the facial structure since it must be a blend of both the first and the second form but I'll say you've pulled it off (again I've seen several of them already). I honestly cannot offer much in critique I think you've done it godo to the point where any change would damage instead of improving on it.

I know this is supposed to be a human-to-dragon tf, but I can't help but look at it from a different angle. I mean, what if he was actually changing back to human form after being turned into a dragon and flying around town the night before? That's my thoughts on the pic, anyways. :3
