So I'm bad with trig, but I guess that means this image would have to have been taken a billion light years away or more, and he'd have to stand still long enough to make an exposure for it to register however distant in time it would be for the camera deep away in space to take the picture? :p
In human terms, just how many years would it take for him to go from this pose to a full-hard flex of a biceps?
To him, I reckon it would take just as long as you or I, at least compensating for all the other hyper muscles having to get pushed aside...

Nice try but here is a few fun things that make macro's physcialy possible and both properties have enough empirical evidence to support their existence. The inertial mass of an object can be decreased or totally nullified, and some unknown attribute of space-time can increase or decrease the speed of light through a vactuum.
So this boy may just carry the nessesary abilities to do that with him, meaning that the light reflecting off him is traveling alot faster then we are used to. Nice try though.
