This is Cheerio, My entry to the contest that won first place !
The contest took place on DeviantART and was a mascot design contest. The basis of the contest was to design an animal with the UK Flag design on it some where.
For this design I chose a Dormouse which is native to Britain. He has finger paint on his gloves and the finger paint can be any color when he is drawn.
