This is Moci~ He's based off of a Zebra shark and a Flashlight fish (and some other animal, I don't know...) Though, since I drew him at school I didn't have any references, so I drew his tail wrong... But anyway, the blue dots and the blue around his eyes are bioluminescent (this is what the marks look like in the dark: http://www.iaza.com/work/120108C/ia.....8281267800.png)
He can breath in or out of water, but he can get pretty dry and sick if he spends too much time on land.
