This is Delcara, a character of my creation and one of the future recurring characters in Lona Candle.

She's a courier to the throne, but also a diplomat and emissary. She's also ducal heir to House Ranzlomora and as heir, she is fulfilling a duty to Queen Guelemar as her personal envoy and message carrier.

Possessing an eidetic memory, she is able to remember everything she's seen and heard and while she carries a satchel, it's chiefly only for documents since messages she can reiterate verbatim.

She is friends with Aries, but is unaware of the mercenary's true heritage.
