Psycho Izzy has struck again!!!
The newest unlucky victim just happenes to be the sidekick of Earthworm Jim, Peter Puppy. Poor Peter, no matter how many times he tried to change into his monster form (which is triggered when hurt, scared, or angry), Izzy's constant tickling made it impossible....
After Peter was sent home, Jim was under the idea the true perp was the solelickians of the planet Red Herring, and blasted off to battle them.
