This story was a long time in the in making, but went through a series of rewrites. The goal was to see on the job interaction between Macros and Micros, in this case and accidental interaction that ends up beneficial for both. It's cute, it's fluff, and it may or may not be continued.
As for me...
Yes I'm still alive, no this story was not prompted by recent comments and favs (though I needed them), no I will not make grandiose promises this year. All I can say is I hope this year is better than last. :3

Excellent work, it's always a pleasure seeing something from you; and this was no exception. I liked the friendship/working relationship between Karen and Drake, as well as the 'cliffhanger' ending.
Also, to my knowledge this is the only macro story that centres around the dramatic arts and movie making, which I applaud!

Heh, that was real cute, I liked it. Always was a fan of the stories that deal with human and macro relationships.
It was a surprise when I realized Karen's friends had no idea what her job was, the two communities must be pretty segregated from each other if no human news or films reach them easily, or that they had no idea she walks to human territory for her job every day. (It wasn't until Zachery mentioned the micro-movie conversion site that I realized the macros don't get any human media or news at all). I wasn't too sure what he meant by "at or above our own quality from their perspective" though, did he mean they just have very different standards for what is a good movie or that micro movies are not considered as good as theirs?
I was kinda hoping that the story would have ended with their reactions to first seeing her in the movie instead of where it did, just to see what they would think about Karen's secret being revealed, although I can't imagine her lunging for the disk dosen't also make her look suspicious. I wonder if Zachery knew, I mean, he said he hadn't seen it, but surely the site would have had screenshots or something...

A lot of it has to do with preconceived notions, there's a feeling 'if it was any good, why don't we see it?'. Of course this being college, it's the perfect age for experimentation, and exploration
As for why Zach didn't see it, if I continue I'll explain in further detail, but more likely I imagine any screen caps would have had a Cloverfield vibe to them where the 'Monster' isn't deliberately shown.

Yeah, that "if" is particularly painful considering the other stories in your gallery that I enjoyed, namely connections and F Project
I know you had written more on Macrophile for these stories than was posted here, at least for connections, but sadly it seems they didn't survive when the website decided to devour most user's story posts. Shame I didn't find out about them until now.
(In fact, I only found out about connections because of the tags on this story, though I remember reading frontlines years ago).

Well I still have the files
Really the only stories on FA that aren't fully up to date when compared to Macrophile are The City's A Stage, and F-Project, both of which I might get around to this week. If connections isn't fully updated, it's probably only one chapter, and considering that chapter is a gigantic tease and I haven't updated in like a couple years you might be better off without it.

Glad to hear you are still going to be uploading some of the missing chapters on FA :) I was wondering if you would since they are all from 2007-2009
Also: Awwwww :( Personally, I would much rather read the last chapter you wrote of Connections even if it ends on a tease cliffhanger than not read it at all :(

May or may not be continued? With THAT as a cliffhanger?! Oh come on now, that's just torture. I for one hope this year goes better than the last if only because I want to see more of your writing. Likewise, I hope the year goes better for /me/ because I want to finish a few stories. Either way it was impressive. Good to know your still alive, and even better to know your still at it. I also noticed a rather distinct lack of editing errors in this one ... interesting.
Commenting specifically on the story, I can't help but wonder if the "I can always just step on him" mindset has anything to do with why the actor is scared. She he hasn't been hurt yet, but the fact she's thinking about it lends a sliver of credibility to his worries. I'm also curious as to just how destructive her rampage was ... harmless prank fooling around on a set? Or is this girl a selective killer like so many giants in your previous stories? Again, the hazy details leave one to wonder if the suspicion of her is justified or not.

It was more of a tantrum than anything resembling a real rampage, she actually didn't know they were filming there and no one was killed, and as she mentioned before that incident she never even met a human, much less kill one. If I continue it, I always say if because I've been bad with story promises, we'll see this incident from Drake's pov.
I completely understand your use of the word “If” here. When taking commissions I refuse to accept any form of payment until after I’ve completed my end on the very real chance it never happens. School is annoying, and inspiration is often fleeting. Thanks for that extra background information.
Pfff, I see why you recommended I go with this one next, it's really amusing! I instantly like Karen (another "K" and another big fox role... Suspicious. :P). And I can't wait to see how the others react to her talents. The macro micro interaction was really fun too. The whole concept of her not fitting in like that... In more ways than one... Is really fun! :D
