This was originally a black/white sketch on a piece of paper. This was also a part of a series of drawings I'd done. 'Destruction', 'Foreshadowing', 'Heistation', and 'Death'.
Unfortunately, after an accident, 'Hesitation' was the only picture of that series that survived.
Gar stares down upon the world that it is his job to destroy so that the balance of the universe may remain solidfied. But, here, the people are struggling about on this pathetic ball of mud, living their lives, fighting, dieing, but also loving and caring. The grand master hesitates. Can he do it? Is it right?
This was probably the most fun I'd had with a drawing since I started.
