Urban Elm...its Elm in his duster torn to hell with random graffiti on it like "Dead end" spray painted across his back.
Its supposed to be 3TS (Three Tailed Studios) and yes those are spray cans on his belt, an urban artist needs an 'urban paint brush' and I like bell bottoms
