In all seriousness this is very bad ass looking. All those dark colors splotched together with the bright glowing rings and piercing eyes... It's wonderfully done.

If they celebrate halloween in pokemon, umbreon is probably the best kitty to carry for the witch >:D

It's actually hard to get when its not in umbreons move tree itself, need to make the eevee unhappy enough to not evolve before so late.
