My body still isn't where I want it to be, but I have definatly seen results in my chest, and my arms are a little bigger and have more endurance.
I was gonna put this in black and white.........but...........black and white makes ANYONE look sexy....and I wanted to keep it real.
I'm going to go hide in skyness for the next 48hrs now.

Nah, i take pictures at the end of every week.
And i listen to the Elvis Duran in The Morning. A hilarious morning show. I listen on iHeartRadio on my Xbox. Only problem is....sometimes i burst out laughing and loose count of my set....or...rep...or...whatever it's called.
