The steak tatare we make at Can Roca.
i like it, and it's not as hard or tedeous to make as othe dishes we serve.
still not pastry, but i like doing it.
and i want to say that i'm posting this because it's not MY recipe and it's not what i actually like doing at work, so i don't really care. i'm a pastry chef, i don't care about entrees :/
