I'm sure it couldn't have been that bad. All that candy, gingerbread and eggnog has resulted in Santa's workshop having good dental for starters.
Of course, some of Santa's elves have a tendency to behave like lecherous troglodytes when someone as well-endowed as her is in the vicinity. And the Carols eventually drive people crazy after a while.
