Unless, and I'm just considering this as a possibility, this is a variation of an age old battle between two specific species (and we all know which two species has always been shown at each other throats, especially in cartoons ;p), I'm gonna say foe...but, whats the point of fighting a foe when he or she are at death's door.

Maybe call it "shades of gray." to mark both the color, as well as the mystery enshrouding the main character.. demon or angel? o.o

Yeah, Makki-san, so much shading and detail. ;p Certainly stands out from your other sketches. ;p But I can't shake the premonition of SECKS in the future.
