Something that is even better than a cup of tea after dinner...is a cup of Rooibos with some beskuit...either in the morning and evening...works for me XD

Haha, I can't eat rusks without letting them soak in something hot. We actually have Rooibos in some of the grocery stores here!

Hence why I say...a hot cup of rooibos and some rusks works wonders. But I order my Rooibos...cause the only rooibos I can really drink is Freshpack!
