Yay, Vaporeon! ...Only thing I have to say is why fur? :o They don't have fur. x3 They're smooth like a dolphin. Still, gorgeous!

I think of them as more like seals! Which have a little bit of short fur left over from being land-dwelling mammals. Most of her body is like that, and the fluffy bit on her leg was just a stylistic choice. (:

ah. x3 The reason I say that is on the official artwork, it was strong highlights like they do on Charmander and other non-furred creatures. But they mention it in game somewhere. I can't remember where, and it was a Pokedex entry.

Oh, I found it. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Vaporeon Very bottom; Origin. I don't know where the information was from, but I swear I read it somewhere in the original Red/Blue games.

I see them as furred too, like seals and otters. I actually draw them even more fluffy when dry haha! I think its all stylistic choice with something like this.
