Sequel to the Branch to Branch picture. (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7172237) Apparently Scoots took a tumble down.. but no worries, RD flew over and caught her. She even regrooms her mane. Awww.
I tried to go with a bit of a colour experiment, but the significance is a bit underwhelming. I'm rather ambivalent about it, so you be the judge. It's supposed to be taking place in the evening air. (Quite a long climb, I guess!)

One question remains though. How did Dash get there so fast?

This is lovely, and I think your experimenting paid off - really nice work indeed. I like the kind of muted effect the colours have, while still being bright? It's strange. BUT I LIKE IT.
The expressions and poses here are so sweet - it's odd to see Dash being so sweet towards Scoots, but I guess Scootaloo had quite a shock. The branch & leaves in her mane are so adorable. AWW.

Oooh, well, if you like it it can't have gone that badly! Hah, I just expect more drastic results I guess! I had also considered a stereochrome colouring, but I couldn't think of a good companion colour to the midnight blue that's so prevalent here.
The way I see if, part of the reason why Rainbow isn't so sweet to Scootaloo is precisely because Scoots idolises her so much. But I'm certain that if something bad would happen to Scoots, Dash would be right there. She's loyal like that, but also, I have a feeling she's rooting for her. :3
