This is one of the settings in my comic, a bar/nightclub called the Layline. Bars and clubs of the supernatural sort seem to be common in fiction, ranging from Tales From The White Hart to Callahan’s Crosstime Saloon (Callahan’s helped me get through college) but I think my little go at it isn’t too bad. The owner is a fae of (currently, in the comic) unknown origin or type, the usual bartender is a spirit guide, and the patrons range from singing dragons, to sirrushes, from D&D playing ogres, to sand squinks… if it’s flown, swam, crawled, or ran, odds are, it’s been in the Layline. The only thing that’s uncommon there is a normal human, since it’s been glamoured so normal people tend to stay away, leaving the place to beasties.
