this is concept work for the opening cinematic for Dragon Reign, when it covers the history of the world, it shows Draco's dark powers covering the world, you can see both Babylon and the Tower of Wind on the planet, and you'll notice that the land masses are misshapen. that is on purpose, the story takes place so long ago in ancient times, the world was not yet in the shape it is now. the world was young.
