You can NOT be serious about duct taping a suit together Not only will all that duct tape isolate the warmth, it won't release any moisture, nor let any air in or out, making those "pants" a severely badly designed suit part. Washing them will be problematic as well. Please don't use duct tape for making suits....just...don't.
