I used to raise bantam chickens, seeing the mama hen all fluffed up with them little fuzzy heads poking out from under her chest filled me with glee :heart: and thus this idea was born.

In The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword we learn that Link's loftwing came to him as a small child, well if I had a huge fluffy bird to play with as a little kid I'd certainly do this on a cold day X3

(lol after making my loftwing cosplay these birds are like ingrained in my memory) aside from a quick glance at the outfit the author of the latest Zelda manga gave young Link....
The neck of the bird seems a tad long but they are hella long when not held in a S curve (which is how we see their necks like 95% of the time, in the part with the tornado the bird's necks seem hella long cause they are stretched out)
