You set the paramaters for ANARCHYN to ALWAYS GETS AWAY WITH IT

Presumably this allows you to commit heinous acts and always escape scott-free. This would be a very useful thing to do as you remember setting a fire in on of the rooms in this building. But it looks like there isn't any repurcussions for that yet.

In fact you wonder if this was already effect before you assigned it to be so, seeing as how nothing transpired of that fire situation. The omnichronological word of 'Always' would suggest so...
