I know, I know. Another one. I have a LOT of characters that need these things. o3o; Hang with me~
This girl is one I adopted from ~merenwen one day at school. She showed me the lineart of her in her sketchbook, scanned it, and let me have at it. I got to pick all of her colors and markings, etc. That particular picture is lurking around somewhere in my gallery. But yes. I haven't drawn Neema, myself until now. So here she is~

Name: Neema
Meaning: Swahili for prosperous
Breed: Outlander
Age: Adult
Status: Wanderer
History:
Neema, her name is Swahili for prosperous. But her life has not been so, nor has she. Born to a pride in the harsh, dry terrain of the Outlands; from an early age her life was a struggle. Neema was the only surving cub of her litter, the others were overcome with thrist and heat.

As she grew, her personality was much the opposite of the hard place around her. Kind, gentle, wise, and unafraid to speak her mind; Neema grew into quite the lioness.

And despite her tattered looks and hard features, found herself to be loved by those of her pride.

For a time, even under hardship, they lived happily in the Outlands. Until all ended in a single day. Fire. Chaos. Death. When the smoke cleared, only Neema remained. She'd suffered burns and scars, having taken a plummet from a rockface trying to escape from the fire. She left the Outlands that day, mourning over the charred remains of her loved ones before moving on to wander.

And still.... she does.
