Like the title says, this is ooooolllld, so there are quite a bit of stuff that's completely off X_X It's one of my favourite old fanart drawing though
So those of you that don't know, this is Steve Burnside from Resident Evil Code Veronica-X in his T-Veronica Tyrant form.
I've always both loved and hated this scene. The part I love about the scene is that he's so badass in this form X3 But the sad part is that he dies....Sorta -_-
