My new otter character. His name is Tad Ottertail. He's a painter who works for Disney (in my imagination). He started working as a cel painter in 1984 at age 20. When CAPS came into use at Disney, Tad gave it a try and he loved it. He still does traditional cel painting at home. When cel painting was obsolete at Disney, Tad Ottertail enjoyed the CAPS system until the system was obsoelte at all Disney studios around the world (which some of them are fictional). Tad purchased one of the CAPS systems and now has it at home if he runs out of paint. Tad currently works at the Walt Disney Animation Studio in Dallas (my ficitonal place). He's my new character to live in Texas. He lives in Ennis. This picture takes place in 1989.
