This reminds me of all the crazy things people where doing and saying to try and get a surfing pikachu. All the myths and "tricks" to get one.. and it turns out some people got one on certain cartridges or you got one from an official event.
I dig the sort of watercolor paint style for the water as it makes it look really soft. And red and yellow really pop out as the center focus. I'm going to be all artsy here and tell you that your composure for this image is great and the contrast is spot on. Excellent use of lighting too! I really like how well everything is done from a technique standpoint. This is good stuff here. =D
